Single-Visit

Pay only for the visit you need, when you need it. Includes one house call, video visit, or phone consult — no ongoing commitment, and no insurance billing.
Cypress Care Membership

Includes an annual wellness visit, extended hours, discounts on services such as blood draws and after-hours care, and unlimited portal messaging and phone calls during business hours. Members also have evening availability until 8 p.m., five days a week, plus Wednesday messages and phone support.
It’s your choice: single visit or membership. Either one is direct pay, with no insurance billing. A superbill can be printed at your request, and you can submit it to your insurance. Some insurance plans will reimburse, but most will not. Medicaid and Medicare will not. Please see our published fee schedules.
